Are You a Hardgainer?

In bodybuilding and weight training circles, the word hardgainer is bandied about quite often. It seems as if everybody is a hardgainer!

Of course, this cannot be true.

Hardgainers are typically thought of as ectomorphs: Naturally skinny, fragile, finds it hard to gain weight, high strung.

However, I take a more scientific perspective: A hardgainer is anyone who has a hard time gaining muscle.

A natural athlete may be a hardgainer if he hasn't built any muscle in the past 6 months, for example. Endomorphs and even mesomorphs can be hardgainers!

In essence, if you have hit a peak or a plateau, then I consider you to be a hardgainer!

All that said, you don't really care about the words, you want to know how to train!

Well, never fear. Everything you need to know is in the Hardgainer's Manifesto.

In this SPECIAL REPORT, created exclusively to solve the hardgainer's issues, you will find detailed training programs, meal plans, supplementation schedules, and more!

I show you the specific exercises, in the right combination, to blast your muscle growth into orbit! Used in the prescribed format, you can gain OVER 60 pounds in a year!

Sound impossible? It does. BUT THIS PROGRAM FLAT-OUT WORKS!

See for yourself -- head on over to the Hardgainer's Manifesto site and see all the benefits of the program.

You will not be disappointed to find yourself growing again after perhaps MANY MONTHS of ZERO GROWTH!

Take the plunge. Try it today (and you won't believe the price)!
