Gain Weight Fast

One of the tried and true bodybuilding methods for gaining massive amounts of weight fast is the so-called "Gallon of Milk a Day" program.

Yes, it's as simple as it sounds. The goal, over the course of several weeks, is to get up to drinking one full gallon of whole milk per day. You will want to build up to this level because jumping all the way up to one gallon at once can wreak havoc on your digestive system.

Thousands of weight trainers have employed this simple system to build muscle at a rapid pace. But, as always, there's a better way. I'll give you two enhancements to this already-awesome program:

  • Breathing squats supersetted with Pull-overs
  • Chocolate milk :)

If you're on a 3-day a week system, end EVERY workout with 2 supersets of breathing squats and pull-overs. Do at least 20 reps of each without rest for one set. Then rest 1-2 minutes (watch the clock!) and repeat.

The idea here is NOT about lifting a lot of weight. It's all about B-R-E-A-T-H-I-N-G and volume.

You will recruit a TON of muscle fibers, expand your rib cage, and stimulate a massive amount of growth with this workout.

As for the chocolate milk, drink one 16 oz bottle before your workout, one during, and one immediately after. These are the most important nutritional "pit stops" you'll make any day, so get that protein in! Your body will be needing the carbs and fat, too. Supplement the last dose with 3-5 grams of creatine and you're on your way to supersonic mass-building.
